What is a Rahal Club membership?
An annual membership that gives you member rates on hotels, flights, visas, Umrah, and Nile cruises, plus a set of vouchers with specific benefits — and a team that does the booking with you.
How do I apply?
Fill in the form — it takes about two minutes. Our team calls you on the number you gave to walk you through the plans. Nothing is charged until you decide.
How do I actually use the membership?
Message us on WhatsApp with what you need — a hotel, a flight, a visa. We find it, price it, and book it for you at member rates. There's no app to learn and no code to remember.
Are there hidden fees?
No. You pay the membership fee once. Bookings are quoted to you before you confirm, and what you see is what you pay.
Can I use it outside Egypt?
Yes. Some vouchers and benefits are for international travel — the Gulf, Europe, and elsewhere — and others are for travel inside Egypt. Each one says which.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Message our team with the voucher you want to use. They confirm it applies to your booking and arrange the rest. Any condition a voucher carries is printed on the voucher itself — minimum nights, destination, hotel rating. Nothing is hidden in a contract.
What if I lose my card?
Your membership lives in your account, not on a piece of plastic. Message us and we'll reissue your digital card.
