Terms and conditions

This website lets you send us an enquiry about Rahal Club membership and travel services. It does not take bookings and does not take payment.

Submitting the form sends us your details and nothing more. It does not reserve anything, does not confirm a trip, and does not create a contract. You have a booking only when a member of our team has confirmed the specific arrangements with you directly.

Any price or availability mentioned on this site, in an advert, or during an initial conversation is indicative. Hotel rates, flight fares and availability change constantly and are not held for you until a consultant confirms them. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you by our team at the point of booking.

Each offer has its own conditions, which are confirmed to you before you use it. Offers apply only within those conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and are for the member they were issued to. Where an offer depends on a partner hotel, airline or service, it is subject to that partner own terms and availability.

Some offers are shown on this site while their full operating conditions are still being agreed with our partners. Where an offer is marked as such, the conditions will be confirmed to you before you rely on it, and the offer cannot be claimed until they are.

Give us accurate details. We call the number you provide, and a wrong number is the most common reason an enquiry goes nowhere. Do not submit anyone else details without their knowledge.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit enquiries in bulk, or extract its content by automated means. We limit how often the form can be submitted and may decline enquiries that appear automated.

The Rahal Club name, logo, and the text and images on this site belong to us or to our partners. Do not reuse them without permission.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but travel information changes and we cannot guarantee that everything shown is current. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian law that cannot be limited.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the hotel, airline or service booked, and are confirmed to you in writing at the point of booking. A general cancellation policy for memberships is being finalised and will be published here.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
